The Shards of Illumination, the fourth Elder Dice campaign, introduced three new eldritch symbols. This pin set features all three new symbols:

  • The Seer's Eye
  • The Crest of Dagon
  • The Crown of the Night Mother.

These pins resemble melted wax seals, but the material on these is glossy, enamel-coated metal with a metallic gold clasp on the back.

The Seer's Eye pin has this depth to the enamel that photos just don't capture, and the red wax finish makes it look like it was pressed from an actual seal. All three symbols sit nicely on my dice bag without snagging on the fabric.

These pins look even better in person — the red wax style gives them an aged, arcane feel that fits the eldritch symbols perfectly. My favorite is the Seer's Eye, but all three have crisp enamel detail and sturdy backs.

Timothy ★★★★☆

The red wax finish on the Crown of the Night pin looks great in person, almost like it was pressed by hand. My only gripe is that the backs are a bit stiff to push onto a denim jacket, but once they're on, they stay put.
